Before trying out:
- -You must have a CURRENT AISD physical (dated after April 15th, 2026) in order to try out. PHYSICAL FORMS (here) or are in the front office, and they must be filled out in their entirety (students and parents must sign the Participation Form and explain any “yes” marked questions).
- -You must complete all Rank One UIL Online Forms before participation

Tryout Information
Boys
Boys Basketball Tryouts: 7th Grade
7th Grade Tryout Dates: Week of December 2-6, 2024
- Mon., 12/2 & TUe., 12/3 @ 8:15am sharp (regular 1st period)
- Wed.,12/4 & Fri.,12/6 @ 7am sharp (PLEASE NOTE EARLY START!). Doors @ 6:45am.
- NOTHING on Thursday.
Interested players must:

- Attend all tryout sessions
- Be dressed and on the court @ scheduled start time
- Dress in athletic wear (basketball shoes recommended)
- Bring school clothes, towel, and toiletries

Girls Basketball Tryouts: 8th and 7th Grade
Do you love basketball? Want to be a part of a dynamic and competitive team? Girls Basketball Tryouts are coming up, and we want YOU to showcase your skills and join us for an exciting season!
This is your chance to be part of a team that focuses on teamwork, skill development, and making great memories on and off the court. All skill levels are welcome, so whether you're a seasoned player or just starting, come ready to give it your all!
What to Bring:
- Athletic wear and basketball shoes
- Water bottle
- A positive attitude and team spirit!
Special Note: "A" team volleyball will begin tryouts once playoffs are over.
8th Grade Tryout Dates:
Date: Start 10/7 (First cut 10/11; Final cut 10/18)
