Austin High is coming back to O. Henry for Teach-for-a-Day on Friday, May 17. Going on 20 plus years now, Austin High students work collaboratively in their English and Social Studies classes to research and become an expert on a world culture. We then challenge them to put together a 40-minute lesson for middle schoolers that incorporates history, geography and ELA skills. It is a fun and highly rewarding day.
