Monday - 8th period athletics
Tuesday - 8th period athletics - 4:30pm
Wednesday - after school 3:50 - 4:30pm
Thursday - game day
Friday - 8th period athletics
Please wear your gray OHMS athletics shirt to all practices. ($5 at the Mustang Mall in the cafe - let coaches know if you cannot buy one.)

Monday and Tuesday 7:15 am - 1st period athletics
Wednesday - 1st period athletics
Thursday- NO Practice on Game Day
Friday - 1st period athletics
**Girls who are in 1st period athletics and do not make the A/B team will have volleyball practice/scrimmage with Coach Cohen (8th grade vball coach) during the athletics period, as well as participate in other conditioning activities. These athletes may have the opportunity to move up to the A/B volleyball team during the season based on their performance during athletics class.
